How far will you travel for my event?
Our primary service area is East Mississippi and West Alabama. We regularly service these cities and their surrounding regions: Meridian, Collinsville, Marion, Newton, Union, Decatur, Forest, Quitman, Laurel, Philadelphia, Bay Springs, Waynesboro, Macon, Dekalb, Starkville, Louisville, Hattiesburg, Jackson, Demopolis, Butler, Lisman, Pennington, Linden, Tuscaloosa, Livingstone, York. Do you have accessories, such as chandeliers or string lighting?
We are constantly updating and adding to our inventory. Please contact us, and we will work accommodate any request you may have.
How does payment work?
We accept all major credit cards and checks. We require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to book your rental items. The remaining balance is due three days before the event.
Will I have to set up the rental equipment myself?
No! Our MTC Team is fully staffed to set up and tear down your rental items. Just sit back, relax, and leave it to us!
How will the weather affect my tent rental?
This is something we evaluate on a case by case basis, but we are prepared to make every effort necessary to make sure your event runs smoothly - regardless of the weather.
Cancellations?
In the event of a cancellation, Magnolia Tent will refund up to the deposit amount, regardless of how early or late from the event date it is cancelled. We will gladly postpone an event and create a rental credit if need be.
Can your tents be set up on any surface?
Frame tents can be set on almost any surface. Even if stakes can’t be driven, we have concrete ballasts to help anchor them. Pole tents must be set up on a surface that enables us to drive stakes. (Concrete surfaces are not suitable for pole tents)
How early should I reserve a tent for my event?
All our rental items are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Some events may book as much as a year in advance. Popular dates may be fully booked months in advance. Contact our sales staff as early as possible to ensure the best availability for your event.
When will you deliver my rental?
We typically try to deliver all items the day before the event. We require a four-hour window for delivery-someone must be available to show our delivery team where the items are to go.
